Non-Affiliation Notice: Wild Roam Tours is an independent travel entity and is not an official government website, nor are we directly affiliated with, operated by, or a branch of the Rajasthan Forest Department or government booking authorities.
2. Safari Bookings & Government Regulations
Permit Allocation: All safari permits (Jeep and Canter) in Ranthambore National Park are issued directly by the Rajasthan Forest Department through its official online system. Safari zones, vehicles, and guide assignments are strictly allocated by forest authorities at their sole discretion.
Booking Details: Guests must provide accurate personal details (full legal name, age, gender, and government-issued photo ID details matching physical IDs) at the time of booking. Any discrepancies may result in permit rejection by forest officials at the gate.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable Permits: Once issued by the Forest Department, safari permits are non-transferable and subject to official forest rules regarding modifications and refunds.
3. Payment Terms & Price Transparency
Quotations: Tour package quotes provided by Wild Roam Tours include our travel service fees, itinerary planning, logistics coordination, and applicable taxes.
Payment Deadlines: Advance payment is required to confirm itinerary bookings and secure third-party arrangements (such as hotel rooms and private vehicles). Full payment schedules will be outlined in your official booking itinerary.
Price Inclusions: All inclusions, exclusions, and fee breakdowns will be explicitly stated in your written booking confirmation. There are no hidden service charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies vary based on the specific travel components included in your package:
Safari Permits: Governed strictly by the Rajasthan Forest Department rules and guidelines.
Hotel Accommodations & Transport: Governed by the respective hotel’s cancellation policies and transport supplier terms provided during booking.

5. Sightings & Wildlife Disclaimer
Wildlife viewing during safaris and Chambal boat trips is subject to nature, weather conditions, animal behavior, and seasonal movements.
Wild Roam Tours does not guarantee tiger or specific wildlife sightings on any tour. Our certified guides and drivers make every ethical effort to track wildlife safely, but sightings cannot be promised.
6. Park Closures & Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)
Park Closures: Ranthambore National Park or specific safari zones may close temporarily due to heavy rainfall, extreme weather, safety hazards, VIP movement, or official Forest Department directives.
Liability Limitations: Wild Roam Tours is not liable for itinerary modifications, delays, or cancellations resulting from natural disasters, government policy changes, park closures, strikes, acts of nature, or unforeseen third-party service disruptions. We will make every reasonable effort to adjust or reschedule alternative activities where possible.
7. Guest Conduct & Safety
Guests must follow all instructions given by licensed forest guides, safari drivers, boat operators, and park rangers.
Littering, disturbing wildlife, shouting, playing loud music, feeding animals, or exiting vehicles inside protected forest areas is strictly prohibited by law.
Wild Roam Tours accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, or health complications resulting from failure to adhere to park regulations or guide instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe and comfortable travel logistics, Wild Roam Tours, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss of luggage, or accidental occurrences during excursions, transportation, or stays. Guests are strongly advised to secure comprehensive travel and health insurance prior to travel.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, India.
